Job Description:
Create effective talent acquisition (recruitment) and employer branding activities.
Design and implement tools for acquisition and assessment.
Conduct job analysis, job evaluation and job description as well as job grading.
Design and implement culture, employee strategies, talent mapping, career management and leadership development programs.
Support delivery of onboarding for new hires and training to employees for competency & performance improvement.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Management/ or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience and proven exposure in talent acquisition, talent management & organisation development activities.
Having experience or proven exposure in as organisation & people development program from conduct culture development, competency, monitoring and evaluate employee performance.
