Deskripsi

Job Description:

  • Create effective talent acquisition (recruitment) and employer branding activities. 
  • Design and implement tools for acquisition and assessment.
  • Conduct job analysis, job evaluation and job description as well as job grading.
  • Design and implement culture, employee strategies, talent mapping, career management and leadership development programs.
  • Support delivery of onboarding for new hires and training to employees for competency & performance improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Management/ or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience and proven exposure in talent acquisition, talent management & organisation development activities.
  • Having experience or proven exposure in as organisation & people development program from conduct culture development, competency, monitoring and evaluate employee performance.
