Berpengalaman dalam bidang beauty industry ( jewellery / fashion / make up)
Dapat bekerja dengan target
Kreatif, dinamis, percaya diri dan memiliki inisiatif tinggi
Key Responsibilities
Brand Leadership & Strategy
Act as the Brand Lead, ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and positioning across all touchpoints.
Build, define, and maintain the brand identity including tone of voice, visual direction, brand values, and personality.
Develop the long-term brand positioning, brand narrative, and strategic roadmap.
Ensure brand consistency across marketing, product, retail, digital, and customer experience.
Manage and strengthen brand equity, understanding consumer perception and emotional connection with the brand.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Training, Store, E-commerce, Merchandising, Supporting) to align brand and sales strategy.
Work closely with the BOD to translate business direction into strong and actionable brand strategies.
Coordinate with other dept to support CRM programs, promotions, and product initiatives.
Provide insights and strategic input during product development to ensure alignment with the brand’s long-term direction.
Brand & Product Marketing
Analyze brand positioning, market trends, competitor activities, customer insights, and sales performance.
Develop product marketing strategies aligned with brand identity, product lifecycle stages, and impactful marketing activities.
Lead creative development to engage and attract the target market.
Oversee packaging development and ensure all communications reflect brand positioning.
Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.
Identify and implement growth opportunities in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce to scale the brand’s online presence.
