PT Sumber Bintang Perkasa (SBP) is a holding company for PT Bintang Hartono Jaya, PT Mitra Aksesoris Indonesia, and PT Bintang Terang Perkasa. Each company under the SBP Group operates in different business environments. PT Bintang Hartono Jaya (BHJ) focuses on wholesale, while PT Mitra Aksesoris Indonesia (MAI) focuses on retail and online sales. PT Bintang Terang Perkasa (BTP) is a manufacturing company for textile and hair ornament products.

As a Recruitment Intern, you will support the recruitment team in fulfilling staffing needs and optimizing the hiring process. You will be involved in identifying talent needs, executing recruitment strategies, and managing end-to-end hiring activities to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

• Maximum age 25 years

• Final-year student or bachelor’s degree in Psychology

• Familiar with psychological assessment tools and scoring

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated

• Willing to work Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00

• Willing to be placed in West Jakarta (Asemka)
